Burlwood bedframe

The burlwood guest bed has an integrated table built on a natural branch of the headpost.

The table is a slab of Utah sandstone with petrified ripple marks.

None of the joinery uses the "pencil sharpener-style" tenons. Each mortise is made to fit the diameter of the post or rail.

An LED light has been set into a burl for use by the occupant in the left side of the bed. The light swivels.
